We first launched this cocktail back in 2020 - where it was available through us or at the pool and minibar at Jackalope Hotel on the Mornington Peninsula. This is about as fun as cocktails get - Planteray Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum, fresh lime, and simple syrup. Three ingredients in the golden ratio. Simple, special, delicious.
