Somewhere near Tijuana in the early 20th century, a bartender riffing on a humble Tequila Daisy reached for tequila instead of brandy and stumbled onto something too good to stay a mistake. The Spanish for Daisy is Margarita - and the rest is sunburnt, salt-rimmed history.

At Curatif, we take that happy accident very personally. We are unabashedly, impractically, gloriously mad for Margaritas - so every February, we go equally mad for Margarita Month. This is not a promotion. It’s a pilgrimage.

What’s in the box

• 🩸 Blood Orange
  Bittersweet and dusk-coloured. Mallee blood orange, lime, 100% agave tequila. Think desert sunset with better glassware.

• 🍍 Smoky Pineapple
  Tequila and mezcal in a tropical liaison with pineapple and Marionette Pineapple Liqueur. Sweet, savoury, smoky, salacious, smouldering - and that’s just the first sip.

• 🥃 Apricot Mezcalita
  Mezcal, Apricot Brandy, lime, a whisper of smoke. A cult favourite that drinks like the Margarita’s better-read cousin who’s seen some things and chooses not to elaborate.

• 🍑 Fuzzy Peach
  Peach puree and liqueur, Tequila, lime, agave. Beach days, house parties, and “I probably shouldn’t but I absolutely will” in liquid form.

• 🌟 White Grapefruit
  Fresh ruby and marsh grapefruit, Pampelle Aperitif, and lime. Lean, saline, bright, and bracing - a Marg for paloma people and others with taste.

• 🌶️🥭 Spicy Mango
  Mango meets heat. Habanero, 100% agave spirit, fresh lime, and lush tropical fruit. The spice is right, and the mango will make your man‑go.

Each one is bar-built, balanced, and serious about tequila. The only thing you add is ice, salt, and stories.

Built by masters (so you don’t have to be)

With most things in life, the more convenient it is, the worse it gets. This is the exception.

Curatif is a four-time winner of the IWSC Global RTD Producer Trophy - essentially the gold medal for making cocktails that belong in a bar, not a petrol station fridge. You could spend years learning to shake Margaritas this well, or you could open the fridge.

Why Margarita Month matters (and why we go mad for it)

The Margarita is a cornerstone of a life well lived, it's:

You can absolutely drink these alone in a quiet, contemplative fashion.
