Founded in 2014 and located in Rosebery, Sydney – just a few kilometres south of the city – Archie Rose Distilling Co. Is proudly Australia’s most highly awarded distillery producing a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas, rums, limited releases, tailored spirits and more than 500 spirits experiences and events at the Archie Rose bar and around the country each year.
Guided by our belief that spirits are best shared, we open our distillery doors to all who wish to experience the best that authentic local distilling has to offer. Through our commitment to sharing our knowledge and processes, we invite you to create your own spirit onsite or online.
In all that we produce, we find continual inspiration in Australia’s illustrious distilling history, and by the quality and diversity of the crops and produce grown across our nation. Originating from Pignola, a small hill top village, at the centre of the Basilica ta region, in southern Italy, Giancarlo has built his reputation by engaging with the top names of the craft bar and restaurant industry, hailing him one of the world's most awarded and respected barmen. His passion for taste and degustation led him to a small family run distillery, established, since 1957, in Piedmont - Asti, North West of Italy, to lovingly compose his own brand with the finest hand picked herbs and spices. Being recognized for reviving the old classics, he felt that the Vermouth market lacked that depth and charisma, as in the 1900's and wanted a "Vermouth that could be savoured as a solo experience and as an enhancement to cocktails by carefully bringing out its notes and flavours so as not to disturb the other spirits"
Seven Seeds were some of the first in Melbourne to break away from the Italian coffee roasting style, circa 2007. Owners Mark & Bridget, set up on Berkeley St, Carlton initially to roast coffee for Brother Baba Budan, established a few years earlier, with Seven Seeds developing into a cafe-roastery model. The goal was simple - to source directly and explore the best brewing practices. Naturally, a loyal following grew. Bright-eyed students, harden academics and the hospo crowd flocked to drink the newish, flat white, filter brews & espresso that didn’t taste like it was extracted yesterday.
Nowadays, Seeds continues to push boundaries. Removing the term 'Specialty Grade’ from their branding, for lack of barrier of entry, going 100% transparency with their coffee purchases, to show what coffee farmers should be paid, and even delving into coffee in a can themselves.
Never Never Distilling Co. is here to start a juniper revolution, making some of the boldest, juniper-forward gins in the world and being fearless in everything we do. Never Never embraces the Australian spirit of adventure and the journey into the unknown. It’s been a part of the Australian vernacular since the late 19th century and is still used to describe some of the most remote parts of Australia. Never Never Distilling Co. was founded by three people with a passion for flavour and the skills to grow a global gin business. Our mantra of "Fearless Spirit" is inspired by the actions of our peers in the industry.

When Marco Cedano, Tromba founder and master distiller, created what legend has it was the first batch of premium tequila in 1988, he started a journey to convince the world that there was so much more to tequila than meets the eye. So, when three friends, the two Australians and a Canadian, Nick Reid, James Sherry and Eric Brass, sat down with him and his son Rodrigo in 2008, it was between sips of tequila that they made a pact to continue Marco’s journey to connect people to the highlands of Jalisco and the incredible story of tequila. For them, everything would change as they vowed to make extraordinary tequila their passion to pursue.
Despite having little money and many naysayers, the partners travelled bar to bar to build the groundswell for their tequila – made with the perfect storm of Rodrigo’s youthful boldness and Marco’s weathered wisdom; embodying the adventurous spirit of those who make it for those who wish to take life by storm.

Our Apricot Brandy Liqueur uses apricots which are macerated in spirit for around 7 to 8 weeks, and is then combined with some Cognac for richness and a touch of oak-y warmth. The result is a truly authentic real fruit flavour.
